Apple Genius Bar is Brilliant

I’m good at all things Mac, so I was pretty distraught when I had to schedule an appointment with Apple’s Genius Bar. After spending a week sorting through my Wifi problems with Apple’s Mac OS X Lion, I pretty much figured that my relatively new iMac wasn’t compatible with Lion. After 45 magical minutes at the Apple Store, Drew - my genius - more or less agreed with me: we reinstalled OS 10.6 Snow Leopard. He also escalated the case… maybe Apple will sort out my problem in some future OS update.
